We’re always looking for experienced, friendly support workers to join the team. We currently work across New South Wales, but we’re growing all the time to meet the needs of clients. If you don’t see a post in your area, reach out anyway and introduce yourself.
If you’d like to be considered for a position, simply apply online through our portal and submit the required documents. We’ll call shortlisted candidates within 2 weeks to arrange an interview, followed by reference and background checking. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to join us for an induction, before being matched with local clients.
Access to a car will give you maximum flexibility on the type and location of support work you’ll be offered, but it isn’t essential.
Qualifications from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) are only compulsory if you’re applying for a nursing position. Otherwise, you’ll just need a valid Australian Police Check and First Aid Certificate. Furthermore you can also see the documents required on the portal while applying for your position/
